Talent & People Placement
Our Talent & People placement programme will allow you to support our employees across the entire employee journey, helping to create a world class employee experience. The programme will involve all aspects of working within a global people team providing an opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge in a range of HR activities.
When you work for us, you’re more than a placement student – you’ll join our Gymshark family. We give people the tools they need to reach further, go faster and be the best version of themselves. We work hard, sure, but we have fun while we do it.
Placement Start Date: 3rd July, 2023
Placement Duration: 13 Months (includes a one-month handover with the current placement student!)
Location: Solihull, West Midlands, UK
Closing Date: Sunday 9th April, Midnight (Applications may close before the deadline, so please apply early to avoid disappointment)

You will support on business-as-usual activities such as employee relations cases, employee engagement initiatives, training & development, talent acquisition and much more. You will also work on specific projects focused on the areas above, all aiming to add value to our employees.
What you’ll need
We’re not about box-ticking, a placement year is about developing you. To be successful for a placement at Gymshark, you will:
- Be passionate about learning and developing your skills

What happens next?
Application Outcomes: Mid-April
If successful, you will be invited to complete a video interview in your own time so we can get to know the person behind the application.
Video Interview Outcomes: End of April
If successful, you will be invited to an assessment centre at Gymshark HQ, Solihull, in May 2023.
Please note: Our placements opportunities are open to both those completing a placement year as part of their university course or recent graduates.
