What You Might Work On

Depending on your background, you could:

• Join one of our core global functions — Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, or Business

• Help navigate and shape Hopae's strategy across EU regulatory frameworks (eIDAS 2.0, AML, GDPR, MiCA)

• Build and grow partnerships with financial institutions, regulators, and enterprise clients across the Benelux and broader EU

• Bridge Luxembourg's institutional ecosystem with Hopae's global hubs in Paris, Seoul, and San Francisco

• Contribute to the European Digital Identity Wallet initiative and OpenWallet Foundation projects

• Help establish and scale Hopae's presence in one of Europe's most strategically important markets

Who You Are

• A professional based in or relocating to Luxembourg, with appetite for high-impact work

• Fluent in English; French, German, or Luxembourgish is a meaningful plus

• Comfortable operating in multilingual, multicultural, and cross-border environments

• Familiar with (or genuinely curious about) EU financial regulation, digital identity, or regtech

• Thrives in fast-moving, async, globally distributed teams
