• You have designed and implemented the hiring process, and built a constant funnel that helps identify the best talent constantly

How you will achieve this:

• As the Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for defining the recruiting strategy, identify channels to source and screen the best talent for a variety of roles, both business and tech.
• Be creative in searching for talent and aggressive in building the hiring funnel. You will network with potential candidates to promote Portcast’s employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire, build a strong pipeline, and ensure we attract top talent.
• Create a high quality, structured and scalable hiring process and manage the candidates through the funnel.
• Collaborate with functional heads to define hiring needs, candidate skillsets and competencies, create job descriptions and identify best channels to source.
• Source candidates from multiple targeted sources for open positions across the organization including linkedin, social media and other platforms
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience, from job posting to initial contact, pitching the company and role to job offer to onboarding
• Measure key recruitment metrics and provide data and analytics trends and recommendations to senior leaders
• Build the applicant tracking system
• Demonstrated tenacity and ability to meet hiring metrics in a competitive market

Who you are:

• You’re an experienced talent recruiter with proven track record in hiring for business and tech roles
• Experience working in fast paced growing startups, specially B2B SaaS companies
• Solid understanding of scalable recruitment practices and sourcing techniques
• You have passion and self-drive to find best talent instead of merely filling a role
• You are creative and enjoy networking with candidates to build a talent community
• Ability to pitch, sell, and represent the company
• Ability to take action to drive results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
