Technical Support Engineer

TLDR

Support and monitor the Datacenter operations, resolving network and software issues while coordinating with second level support and handling various requests through a ticket system.

  • You’ll be monitoring the Datacenter for our organization (network, platform, and applications on 24/7)
  • Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network and software issues of all company regions and coordinate with second level support to fix the problem.
  • Monitoring and Checking KPIs
  • Troubleshooting windows, Linux and network (VPN) issues.
  • Have a good knowledge of IIS, Tomcat & apache applications
  • Can work with different tasks in a smooth and effective way.
  • Handle different requests using a ticket system or e-mail.
  • Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
  • Must be fresh graduate or up to two years graduation
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Must have Very Good command of English.
  • Previous experience with Linux, Windows administration, MSSQL administration.
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
  • Preferable to have RHCSA RHCSE,
  • Good knowledge MCSA, MSSQL and IIS Administration.
  • Good knowledge MSQL, Tomcat, Apache
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
