Technical Support Engineer
TLDR
Support and monitor the Datacenter operations, resolving network and software issues while coordinating with second level support and handling various requests through a ticket system.
- You’ll be monitoring the Datacenter for our organization (network, platform, and applications on 24/7)
- Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network and software issues of all company regions and coordinate with second level support to fix the problem.
- Monitoring and Checking KPIs
- Troubleshooting windows, Linux and network (VPN) issues.
- Have a good knowledge of IIS, Tomcat & apache applications
- Can work with different tasks in a smooth and effective way.
- Handle different requests using a ticket system or e-mail.
- Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
- Must be fresh graduate or up to two years graduation
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Must have Very Good command of English.
- Previous experience with Linux, Windows administration, MSSQL administration.
- Flexible and can work under pressure.
- Preferable to have RHCSA RHCSE,
- Good knowledge MCSA, MSSQL and IIS Administration.
- Good knowledge MSQL, Tomcat, Apache
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
