ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Working Student in Human Resources / People & Culture - up to 20 hours per week for the next 5-6 months, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in various HR functions such as People Operations and Talent Acquisition. You will support the HR/People & Culture team in daily operations, recruitment, and various HR projects. This role is ideal for a student who is passionate about human resources and looking to learn and develop their experience and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and HR policies.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data if needed
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives - e.g. new Tools such as HRIS.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system both HRIS and ATS.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to the People&Culture team as needed.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to HR projects.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING :

  • Currently enrolled in a University in Germany with a specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and desire to develop a career in HR.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in G-Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and first experience in using HR tools, e.g. BambooHR, HiBob, Greenhouse or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
