Manage and enhance documentation processes while leading recruitment efforts for tech talent and overseeing a team of 100 to 200 employees.
Job Description:
- Must have experience as HR Manager, managing 100 to 200 Employees.
- Must create & improve Documentation Must have Tech talent Recruitment experience (ex - Node js)
- Campus recruitment experience
- Experience in Appraisals
- Excellent communication skills & people management,Orientation,
communication, training, empowering, reporting, Human capital resource
management.
Desired skills and Experience:
- Must be from a good University, with MBA in HR.
Good understanding of Team management
Minimum 4-7 Years of experience and Should be a Graduate in MBA-HR discipline.
Excellent presentation & communication skills
