 Position- HR Manager

 

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources for KNOLSKAPE.

To us, an HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll management and employer branding.

The job of HR Manager is important to business success. People are our most important asset and you will be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process end-to-end
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of employees
  • Nurture a positive working environment by taking care of employee engagement
  • Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Manage the payroll process end to end in coordination with the Finance team
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing asks, grievances, or other issues
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

 

Requirements: 

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources 
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream with majors in HR
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should be a people’s person and be able to connect with Knollies
