Junior Sales Development Representative

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, ensuring smooth communication between prospects and internal sales teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data by logging outreach activities and updating internal sales trackers.
  • Manage follow-ups and email communication with prospects and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent engagement.
  • Support sales operations by organizing documentation, sales materials, and administrative files in shared systems.
  • Assist with market research and basic sales enablement tasks to improve outreach effectiveness and pipeline quality.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales process through structured administrative and coordination support.
  • Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or administrative support.
    • Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish proficiency.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and confident approach.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a structured home office setup.
    • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
