JOB SUMMARY 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven on-site Contract Recruiter (6-month minimum) to support our diverse hiring needs across Corporate, Operations, and GTM (Go-to-Market) functions. This role will be heavily focused on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for a wide range of roles including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and People Ops, with the flexibility to support technical engineering pipelines as needed. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within a high-growth environment, a sharp eye for business acumen, and the ability to pivot between different functional areas with ease.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES or KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers across GTM, Operations, and Corporate teams to deeply understand business requirements and develop targeted hiring strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates for a variety of roles using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and active outreach within functional communities (e.g., Sales, Logistics, Finance).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, vetting candidates for functional expertise, cultural alignment, and relevant industry experience.
  • Flex into technical recruiting pipelines (Hardware, Software, or R&D) during peak periods to assist the engineering team with sourcing and initial vetting.
  • Manage candidate pipelines actively, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high-touch, professional experience for all applicants.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) data entry and compliance with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Provide regular, data-driven updates to hiring managers and the People team on recruiting activity, pipeline health, and market conditions for competitive business talent.
  • Assist with negotiating offers and coordinating pre-employment processes for all non-technical and business-side hires.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends across the broader tech and hardware landscape, including GTM benchmarks and operational best practices.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in hiring for diverse business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, or Finance) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen; ability to understand different department goals and how they contribute to the company’s overall hardware and product strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with executive leadership and cross-functional hiring managers.
  • Strong interest and hands-on capability in sourcing and building your own talent pipeline for niche or competitive business roles.
  • Versatile and adaptable; comfortable shifting focus from a Marketing role one day to a Manufacturing or Technical role the next.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on GTM, Operations, or Corporate functions within a technology or hardware company.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes in a high-growth or startup environment where "flexing" across departments is required.
  • Proven track record of closing senior-level individual contributor and leadership roles across non-technical business units.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
