About The Role:
As Zoox's first G&A Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success and serving as our brand ambassador to enthusiastically share the vision of Zoox. In addition to working closely with Zoox's founders and leadership team, you will drive development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
What You'll Do:
- Act as talent advisor to leadership team to develop full cycle staffing plans and sourcing strategies.
- Facilitate and lead meetings with hiring managers to clearly comprehend the requirements and scope of open roles.
- Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, collaborative sessions, and sourcing campaigns.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop an effective interview process to accurately qualify and level candidates.
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a high growth, dynamic company
- Ability to identify and source passive candidates for niche roles
- Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- A passion for delivering high touch candidate experience throughout the entire interview process
