Recruitment Manager

Build and lead an IT recruitment function, hiring and managing recruiters while innovating talent acquisition processes.
We are looking for a recruitment manager that will manage all of our recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and manage a team of recruiters that work for us in either a full-time or part-time manner
- Be innovative in hiring people
- Carry past experience in managing recruiters and very familiar with recruitment process
- Must have past hands-on experience with recruitment as such experience is necessary to be able to lead other recruiters.
- Must have experience in managing recruiters both on-site and off-shore
* Several years of experience in IT recruitment
* Some knowledge of startups and big data technology is helpful although not mandatory
