Sales Development Representative
Location:
This is a hybrid role required to report into the Redwood City, CA office 3 days out of the week.
The Role:
BigPanda is seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) looking to jump start or further develop their sales career in tech. This role will work under the support of a world class sales process and team, with coaching and training to help build the foundation for a successful career in field sales/ leadership. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for reaching out to inbound leads generated from our marketing team to book qualified meetings that convert into opportunities.
The Sales Development Representative will report directly to the Manager of Sales and Business Development, and is expected to work out of our Redwood City office 2-3 days a week (hybrid schedule).
What you will do:
- Represent BigPandas product, starting with a comprehensive understanding to identify how our solution meets needs.
- 6 months of cold-calling/ prospecting experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, MEDDPIC- not required, but a huge plus!

- Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline.
- Results-driven and able to effectively overcome objections.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- A great attitude and a sense of humor!

- Prior sales development internship, apprenticeship, or role.
- BA/BS required.

Pay Scale: $85,000 to $95,000 USD Annually. This is a commission-eligible position, and the pay mix for this role is 70% base pay / 30% Commission.
