Why we need you:

Our customers are the heartbeat of our business, and we're looking for a customer-obsessed SDR who thrives on collaborating with beloved community-led companies like Figma, Atlassian, and Airtable. 

You’ll play a critical role in shaping our prospect journey—focused on learning and driving pipeline into sales, along with creatively figuring out ways to drive our ICP to book meetings with Common Room. In doing so, you’ll help drive revenue, not only for Common Room, but for our customers - ultimately making them happy!

How you’ll contribute:

  • Set meetings with Ideal Customer Profile companies and titles for our Account Executives
  • Do research to discover new ways of attracting prospective customers
  • Understand and learn how to utilize Common Room creatively in your day to day life as an SDR
  • Utilize Outreach.io and Hubspot for emailing and calling prospects
  • Work with AEs to book meetings with their target accounts
  • Utilize Linkedin Sales Navigator to research your prospects
  • Set Expectations for an SDR at Common Room, and drive the results to hit our quarterly numbers of qualified meetings booked and pipeline driven
  • Evaluate and measure training effectiveness and the success of learning initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Product to ensure prospect feedback gets back into product development
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Marketing mirror efforts and drive MQLs into the sales funnel

You will enjoy being a member of our team if you:

  • 6+ months sales experience
  • Experience cold calling
  • Excellent researching prospects for SaaS companies while writing, editing, and creating personalized emails
  • Empathy for who you work with; you identify with their challenges and your desire to succeed shines through in your communications.
  • Self-motivated, driven, gritful, and proactive teammate with innovative ideas to inspire new ways of driving pipeline and positive change for Common Room
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the motivation to inspire both our potential customers and your teammates.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy assisting in building processes from the ground up, and learning new ways to drive pipeline
