Sales Development Representative - Enterprise

TLDR

Engage senior decision-makers within Fortune-level enterprises through strategic, non-transactional outbound programs to build long-term partnerships.

About CDM Media

CDM Media operates at the intersection of global enterprise transformation and the technology leaders driving it.

We partner with the world’s most recognized technology brands — including AWS, IBM, Google, Dell, Microsoft, Okta, and Salesforce — to deliver high-impact executive engagement platforms. Through curated Live & Virtual Events, VIP Executive Dinners, Digital Marketing Services, Custom Experiences, and Advisory Services, we connect senior enterprise decision-makers with innovative technology partners.

Our focus is quality over volume — strategic conversations with senior executives inside large-scale enterprises.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative who thrives in complex, high-level environments and is motivated by engaging senior decision-makers within Fortune-level organizations.

This is not a transactional SDR role. You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic account engagement
  • Executive-level outreach
  • Supporting enterprise account planning
  • Driving qualified pipeline for high-value programs

You will partner directly with Account Directors to penetrate named enterprise accounts, map buying committees, and generate executive meetings that convert into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Enterprise Account Engagement

  • Execute strategic outbound outreach into Fortune 1000 and large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Engage C-suite, VP, and Director-level executives across IT, Security, Data, Marketing, and Digital Transformation functions
  • Personalize outreach based on industry trends, company initiatives, and executive priorities

Pipeline Generation & Qualification

  • Generate high-quality, enterprise-level meeting opportunities aligned to strategic programs
  • Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, business need, and strategic fit
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up cadence across complex buying cycles

Account Planning & Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on named enterprise accounts
  • Identify stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within buying groups
  • Support Account Directors in developing and executing account penetration strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to align enterprise campaigns with target accounts
  • Provide frontline insights on messaging resonance and market feedback
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in Salesforce

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in enterprise sales and strategic account development
  • Confident communicator comfortable engaging senior executives
  • Highly organized with disciplined activity management
  • Research-driven and consultative in approach
  • Resilient and persistent in navigating complex enterprise environments
  • Ability to balance structured outreach with thoughtful personalization
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, enterprise events, or marketing services is advantageous but not required for high-potential candidates.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently generating qualified executive meetings within enterprise accounts
  • Building multi-threaded relationships inside strategic organizations
  • Demonstrating strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics
  • Contributing meaningfully to revenue growth through strategic pipeline creation
