K12 Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location - Anywhere in U.S.
The K12 Sales Development Representative (SDR) team at Class is responsible for generating, developing, and managing initial business relationships with K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and corporations through high-volume outbound prospecting calls, inbound leads, and email marketing programs. The primary goal of theK12 SDR is to set meetings with decision makers within these three verticals to build a large pipeline of qualified leads. As an K12 SDR, you will work closely with our Account Executives who will help with pursuit strategy and sales execution to drive a high volume of new transactions each month. You will be engaging and interacting with C-Level executives on a daily basis and will need to be comfortable in painting the picture as to how the Class software will better help their instructors teach and their students learn as they continue to adapt to a “distance learning” environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify target accounts through effective outreach methodologies and effective communication of Class’s flagship product, Class
- Maintain and manage your own pipeline of Accounts through Salesforce
- Schedule appointments between prospects and AEs through outbound outreach
- Learn and comprehensively understand all elements and features of our product
- Report to the Head of Sales Development
Skills & Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (Technology B2B sales/SaaS Sales)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone
- Confidence to credibly engage with the C-level (CIO, CTO, CFO, Provosts, Presidents)
- Comfort with online technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce/CRM, Google productivity suite)
- Proven track record with outbound cold-calling and prospecting
- A self-starter with a track record of successful and credible Enterprise lead prospecting
