Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Sales

What you will do
Identify and engage new prospects across target accounts to create qualified opportunities
Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn, layering in personalized touches based on account research
Research companies and product teams to craft thoughtful, relevant, and personalized messaging
Use Apollo, Common Room, Gojiberry, HubSpot, and Salesloft to prospect, automate outreach, and stay organized
Use signal and intent data to prioritize outreach and sharpen targeting
Book high-quality product demonstrations and hand off qualified prospects to the Account Executive team
Share insights from your outreach to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
Own your monthly SQL and pipeline creation goals and consistently hit or beat them
Requirements
What you need
A minimum of two years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
A proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound work
Strong verbal and written communication in English
A curious, analytical mindset with the ability to read signals, patterns, and intent
Self-driven, comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-moving environment
Based in or able to work hybrid from our Ramat Gan office, three days a week

An interest in product management or prior exposure to product teams
