Senior Sales Development Representative

Accountabilities:

You will own the top-of-funnel engine, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales organization while continuously improving outreach effectiveness and conversion quality.

  • Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound prospecting across multiple channels
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent sales pipeline for Account Executives
  • Conduct research on target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve engagement
  • Execute multi-channel outreach strategies including email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies
  • Clearly communicate value propositions around AI observability, governance, and enterprise impact
  • Track, document, and manage all prospect interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs including meetings booked and qualified opportunities
  • Requirements

    This role requires a strong foundation in SDR or outbound sales work, combined with curiosity, resilience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

    • 2–5 years of experience in a Sales Development or similar SaaS outbound role, ideally in enterprise environments
    • Proven success in generating and qualifying pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting
    • Strong communication and discovery skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
    • Ability to research complex organizations and map key stakeholders effectively
    • Strong CRM discipline with experience using Salesforce or similar tools
    • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner closely with AEs and Marketing teams
    • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, ML, and enterprise technology spaces
    • High resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
