Due to our growth, we are now building our Australian-based team and looking for a remote Talent Partner to support our growing client base. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sourcing, you will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and develop creative strategies to find the best talent for their teams.

Responsibilities:

• Run in-take meetings with clients to understand role requirements
• Find, engage and generate interest from passive candidates 
• Build strong and effective relationships with the co-founders & senior leadership teams 
• Find creatives techniques to surface the best talent
• Talent map small, medium, and large organisations to surgically define their best performers 
• Conducts continual research to keep up to date with industry trends and market changes 
• Screen resumes and conduct recruiter screen calls with interested candidates via Zoom
• Build strong relationships with candidates to understand their requirements and concerns 
• Regularly track pipeline activity to share with our clients

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Recruiting/Sourcing/HR
• Demonstrated ability to identify, attract and qualify candidates; a strong eye for identifying talent and intuition for culture fit
• Experience using cutting edge tools and sourcing techniques
• A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• An ability to be organized across multiple roles while responding to a high volume of candidates
• Ability to build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple fields and time zones
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree in any field preferred
