Sales Development Representative

€1.800 – €2.400 per month

The team waiting for you: Are you looking to break into tech sales and make a direct impact from day one? As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for some of the world’s most innovative companies exploring the power of public web data. You'll work closely with experienced AEs, master outbound strategies, and help build a pipeline that fuels platforms across Sales Tech, HR tech, AI agents, and competitive intelligence industries. If you're curious, competitive, and ready to launch your career, this is the place for you. In this role, you'll:
  • Research strategic accounts, identify key buyer personas,
  • Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate interest;
  • Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns to potential customers using data-driven sales methodology;
  • Work closely with each prospect from initial contact to qualification, to book quality meetings for our Account Executives;
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of our product and how it can help potential customers;
  • Participate in experiments to improve outbound engagement and help refine the outbound sales playbook.
  • Your skills & experience:
  • Experience or desire to work in B2B sales and technology industry;
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture, and willingness to listen to other opinions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail;
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer service;
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and/or data products;
  • Experience using tools like Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and MixMax.
  • Salary & Benefits:
  • Gross salary: 1800 - 2400 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
