Sales Development Representative/SDR
TLDR
Own outbound prospecting as the sole SDR, driving SAOs for a four-AE team and collaborating with global marketing and demand gen.
Own the Region: Drive outbound prospecting, qualification, and generation of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) across the APAC region.
Target & Engage: Develop new sales qualified leads via strategic telephone and email communication, targeting our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Crush Metrics: Consistently deliver on daily activity metrics, including call volume, talk time, and tailored email outreach.
Master the Tech Stack: Leverage tools like ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to identify, import, and build highly effective outreach campaigns.
Nurture Relationships: Build and cultivate prospective relationships in mid, large, and enterprise markets, seamlessly scheduling needs analysis calls and software demonstrations for your AE team.
Collaborate Strategically: Partner closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and the global Demand Gen/Marketing leadership to continuously optimize the sales pipeline.
Data Integrity: Keep Salesforce clean, organized, and up to date. Contribute to quarterly updates of our ICP lists based on market feedback and data insights.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in an office, corporate, or B2B sales setting (or equivalent experience managing business communication via phone and email).
Tech Savvy: Working knowledge of Salesforce.com is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Nooks, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is a huge plus
Communication Champions: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong phone presence and comfortable managing high-volume B2B outreach.
The "Solo Engine" Mindset: Ability to work autonomously as the sole SDR on the ground, while remaining deeply integrated with the local Sydney sales pod.
Organized & Adaptive: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education: A college degree is preferred, but equivalent years of relevant professional experience are highly valued.
