More About Flieber
Retailers struggle to identify the optimal inventory to support demand, due to lack of data visibility, sales volatility, complex supply-chains, among other factors. As a result, stockouts and overstock generate over $1.8 trillion in annual losses globally (approximately 8% of total sales volume).
Most retailers attempt to solve this with detailed spreadsheets, aggregating data from many sources and manipulating it with complex calculations. However, aside from a time-consuming and error-prone process, spreadsheets cannot incorporate the complex dynamics around demand planning, inventory optimization and supply-chain management, especially in connected global operations.
Based on real-time sales, inventory and supply chain data, Flieber’s SaaS platform leverages AI to provide data visibility and accurate inventory recommendations, empowering teams to quickly make data-driven decisions that result in less stockouts (more sales), less overstock (more efficient use of capital) and increased operational efficiency (higher margins), all with a fraction of the work.
