Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Part Time

The Role:

We are hiring a driven, resourceful SDR to generate outbound pipeline by prospecting into media agencies.

This is a pure outbound role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying agency decision-makers across planning, investment, and programmatic teams to create consistent top-of-funnel meetings for the sales team. 

Hybrid role, with preference for candidates based in or near New Orleans. No prior ad tech experience required. This is an individual contributor role reporting to Sales Leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate 6+ qualified meetings per month through structured outbound prospecting.
  • Execute targeted multi-touch outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to continuously refine overall outreach effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline visibility in HubSpot.

You Have:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and research.
  • Strong organization and time management within a 15–20 hour/week schedule.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and interested in working in a startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly base pay + performance-based incentives tied to qualified meetings booked
